About the project

 

Producers Week is an exciting programme run by Breaking Barriers and funded by Rochdale Development Agency, designed to help early-career producers sharpen their skills, grow their networks, and connect with like-minded creatives.
A 1 week programme designed for early-career producers in the Rochdale borough, packed with industry insights, inspiring sessions with guest producers, venue visits, and wellbeing activities. Exploring sessions on Access, Risk Assessments, Fundraising, Unlocking Creativity, Setting up as a Freelancer and much more! 
It offers valuable insights into different areas of the industry, helping participants to broaden their knowledge and understanding of the Producer’s role. 
Plus, each participant receives a seed commission to develop their own project in Rochdale.
